The Right Bite Food and Drink Spectrum is used to classify foods and drinks as GREEN, AMBER or RED based on the nutritional value of the menu item. We label all our foods with the colour spectrum classifications.

  • 70% of our food is Green (choose plenty)

  • 30% of our food is Amber (select carefully)

  • 0% of our food is Red (occasionally)

Caring for students and our planet

Packaging, recycling and environmental duties:

  • We use compostable products at all our schools.
  • We support the “StrawNoMore” campaign, follow industry trends, and remove single-use plastic containers wherever possible. The use of such packaging is ZERO at all our schools.
  • We recycle packaging using the Containers for Change Program and endeavour to keep refuse to a minimum.
    The waste is limited to 1 GREEN BAG at all our schools.
